As this is a serious post...
I moved from the UK to the USA. Basically, packed up my stuff and went. It was scary as hell, but, you know what? You can always go back. Life is a sequence of experiences, and no two are ever alike. When you have an opportunity for an experience - and living in a foreign country is just that - then, while no-one can tell to to go, or not go, your own mind will tell you that the risk is worth the reward of experience.
I think, unless you have an overwhelming experience after you decide to not go (which will most likely never happen; we make our own experiences - they are never given to us), you will always wonder...what if I had gone to Norway?
