Chit-chat posts don't count towards your post count. :)
Re: How And When Did The Ancient Roman And Greek Religions Become Myths?
Yeah, I knew that .. ;)
Looks like God doesn't get around much .. needs to get a life.
Re: How And When Did The Ancient Roman And Greek Religions Become Myths?
Apparently Spoo's never seen the movie... he lost the reference...
At any rate, chit-chat postings don't count towards the post count... so apparently _god_ only hangs out in chit-chat...

I got him to confess that is precisely what he was working on, and then you went and complained about my lack of respect towards him in an attempt to get me banned!!

Are you are sure you are not Typhoeus the storm giant, the source of devastating storm winds which issued forth from the dark nether realm?
"Typhoeus was so huge that his head was said to brush the stars. He appeared man-shaped down to the thighs, with two coiled vipers in place of legs. Attached to his hands in place of fingers were a hundred serpent heads, fifty per hand. He was winged, with dirty matted hair and beard, pointed ears, and eyes flashing fire. According to some he had two hundred hands each with fifty serpents for fingers and a hundred heads, one in human form with the rest being heads of bulls, boars, serpents, lions and leopards. As a volcano-daimon, Typhoeus hurled red-hot rocks at the sky and storms of fire boiled from his mouth."

We weren't trying to get you banned. We were trying to stop you getting yourself banned.

We? You can only ever speak for yourself Dex, and in this case here is a germ of yours from just a short time ago (February 2013):

True dat.
What movie?
What reference?
Re: How And When Did The Ancient Roman And Greek Religions Become Myths?
(Think of this as a sort of 2 step clue. 1 step would lead you to the wrong movie but I don't want to crow about that)
Once upon a time there was a gaulish canibal. One day a rather attractive young lady walked past, tripped over and fell straight into his pot. Quick as a flash he added some potatos, pulses and some nice seasonings. After slow cooking the young lady for aproximatey 4 hours on medium he enjoyed her with a nice bottle of chianti. When asked how he felt about the incident he said, "she tasted revolting but I'm glad I ate 'er"
there's nothing like a bit of mental sparring.

Apparently, Witis didn't get the reference either.
