Where did you get IE6? I got it, tried to install it and it wanted files from the internet, and It poped up a password box asking for one for the site it was getting the files from :(:(
I got it from microsoft but it did not error like yours did i don't know why thought and i just sent for the WinXP beta.

I just downloaded and fired up the new version. Every time I start it I get two error messages. First: Run-time error '438' - Object doesn't support this method or property. Second: 6 - Overflow. The coolest part is this:

Geoff, I downloaded and ran the source. I didn't get the run-time error, but I did get the overflow error. VB didn't elaborate though. The browser still started, but it looked similar to the pic I posted earlier. I compiled the source, and when I ran the exe I got the same situation as before.

Just a suggestion for the next version:
maybe have more 'simlie face' options like the many listed in the fourm feedback, and you can do that by inserting an images. Also, maybe have your own 'reply' window, that would send info to the server, the same way as this does.

This idea doesn't add any functionality to the program, but when you drag a name from the members list to the buddylist, there is a rectangle around the item being dragged. If you change the dragicon of the listbox, you can make it look like an icon instead of the box. It'll look nicer IMHO. But, it's your program, not mine, so u don't have to add it.:D

When you drag the text from the members online list, to the other one, do you put the text in a temporary text box? If that's the case, you have to change the text box's dragicon, not the listbox's. Maybe that's your problem. If not, i don't know what's not working. I'll download your sourcecode, and try to change it.
I don't think there will be a performance difference with that one little drag icon. I have the opposite of you. A PIII 600 at home, and a Pentium 200 at school (work...same thing:))
P.S. I just noticed... In the full source code, you have the same zip file inside itself, so it makes the size alot bigger.
Sorry for all these posts... At least it's in chit chat. I found what u need to change for it to have an icon. Change the dragicon of txtDrag to somthing else. I just used one of the default icons, but if you want, I can try to make a good one.

Found an answer to the first part of this post, but I'll leave the rest :D
When I try to save a thread in the VBW browser, it saves it as VB Q and A as the title when I choose the default title. It is getting the first part of the title, not the second one (i was just thinking u can deliminate it with "-")
New Feature Suggestion: "Thread TABS"
Check these 2 links out for source code. I discovered this browser over at PSC. This guys uses tabs for each web-site...maybe you could adapt this for threads. That way someone could switch between 5 or 6 threads at the click of a tab. The idea is similiar to NetCaptor.

Midgets...Odd Problem.I dont get that...the code Should split out the right half of the title.
I like the idea.....could be a major pain in the arse getting everything to work.
