Turns out he was sick and did call in ahead of time but the organizer didnt post a notice of cancelation.

Turns out he was sick and did call in ahead of time but the organizer didnt post a notice of cancelation.
If a speaker doesn't show I figure something came up. I don't let it reflect on the whole event or anything. Especially with a free event its not like you are going to ask for a refund.
