If you get it ;) do NOT choose the save password option. Saving user name is OK.

If you do, you may need to clear (I don't remember if it is cache, temporary files, cookies). Been there done that :eek: :mad:

its cookies.. and it seems to happen if you dont visit the page often enough (ie cookie expires???)

clearing cookies fixes it, and I agree its a bit annoying, and they know about it, and have been working on fixing it.

I mod over at Microsoft's forums as well, so I have had to deal with that issue a few times.
