I'm quite sure Dennis does not drive the chocolate highway! Fourteen is such a weird age...give him a break...there's a lot of pot holes on the highway you know!

My daughter is going through fourteen right now. Not quite a kid..not quite an adult...puberty confuses everything. You may not "feel" any different but I bet your Mom notices some differences. More emotional than physical.
The only thing different I have noticed, *ahem* is the stupidity of those around me...... I used to think people at school were intelligent, not very, but at least a little.... but now when I listen to people, all I hear is them talking about rape, and other sexual acts that make me feel like puking....
here is an excerpt from a conversation I heard:

I can't deny it, I would like to have sex.... but with the girl I love..... not some stupid bimbos, and dear God not like that.. those people are so ****ing sick...... I felt like beating the crap out of the person who said that..... I almost threw up when I heard it... :mad:

and that song you recomended a while back... "Teenage dirtbag" well it's a good song, but I just don't feel that way... I feel like it's the other people who are idiots and "dirtbags".... everywhere I turn there is somebody talking about sex, or violence, or drugs... all three mentioned activities aren't too harmful if taken in light doses, and safely of course. (ex: protected sex, violence in video games, drugs perscribed by a doctor) but these *******s are talking about rape, real-life violence, and illegal drugs & alcohol.....

they laugh at people who get -- or try to get good grades... but the thing the idiots don't realize is, they aren't going to be the ones laughing 30 years down the road when they are still being burned by hot french fry oil.....
I shouldn't have talked so much during this post, but I just get pissed when I hear people talk... nothing intelligent ever comes out.... it's just mindless dribble....
That whole post is exactly what I was talking about....I would be willing to bet that it didn't bother you that people were so stupid last year...or that you didn't notice it nearly as much....
BTW you'd better write back and tell me how adorable my kids are or I won't be speaking to you again!

and the thing about it not bothering me that people are stupid.. well it really doesn't now.... if I couldn't hear them or they didn't talk to me, I woulnd't mind ;)
