aye, same here, they just advise you to solve the problem, if your windscreen obscures your vision it fails its test, and then it costs for a new one, but for a tiny chip like that.... £100 to fix it, or £300+ to solve the problem altogether... its rediculous
Our R-reg Honda Civic fails its MOT every year. :lol:Quote:

I once got hit while going straight over the small (not mini) roundabout at the end of my close. A woman driving her kid to school drove straight onto the roundabout without looking (apparently she was turned round in the seat telling her kid off) and went straight into the side of my car at 40 without breaking.
Oddly enough, over that five week period I had four accidents (this one was the second) - all of them the other parties fault. I was starting to really fear for my life by the last one.

The scariest one was a week later when I was in the right hand lane and the guy in the left pulled across without checking or signalling. I had to swerve right to avoid him... which, because there was a convenient gap in the barrier at that point, meant I suddeny found myself pointing the wrong way... in the opposite fast lane... with a bus heading straight for me. I manageed to swing the car back across the front of his and ended up at right angles on the same side of the road I'd started on.
The damage amounted to a busted wing mirror and a severely stained seat.

Hotlinking means inserting an image in your post (or your own site) hosted on a different server, many server admins frown upon this and consider it bandwidth theft. So they configure their server in such a way that you see a replacement image or nothing at all.Quote:
