Lol!
25.42 oh man, I thought i was all ok but I'm overweight by 0.42. No booze for me this weekend then I'm gonna get back in the zone.....well next week or something.
27.32 darn I need to lose another stone :(
BMI are for those who does not have muscles, they are not very reliable for those who work out since muscle is heavier than fats. ;)
Indeed so, which is why I'm at the very edge of the BMI limit.
ah so 5 of my points are muscle and now I am an ideal weight, thanks oceane you provided the best diet ever :afrog:
well, just in case you work out too much and base your health on BMI... ;)
There is another though, the waste line.. forgot the safe levels though. ;)
If that makes you feel better :thumb: :DQuote:

I got 47 on that scale....of course, that's partly because I don't know how to convert pounds to stones, so I just used the maximum. Is that correct?
Yes. Thats how the British army do their rations and equipment.

and then maybe i'll lose a pound? :D
Take a look at this chart. I don't want you to give up on exercising but you probably only burned about 200 calories at that will not result in anything like the loss of a pound.Quote:

27 or 28....I forgot in the time it took to scroll down here. The site says I'm in the overweight range. I agree, but I don't particularly care. I guess that makes me lazy and apathetic.
...and might be the reason you're overweight.Quote:

Given that, though I intend to lose about 5-6kg through a little exercise, I have no intention of trying to hit an "ideal" BMI... I guess I've just got lots of muscle ;)
The BMI is only a guideline, so 1 point above is irrelevant, especially for people our height. Fat percentage is probably more useful for our height as it takes muscle into consideration. I'm currently at 12%
22.2
Good information. But when we start talking about fat percentages, I immediately think back to the one time I played San Andreas and ate until I had maximum weight... It wasn't that good really, but I wanted to try it. I'm sure I'll lose weight when I finish this job, because I'll have an addition 10 hrs or so to play with for a little while, so I can do all the exercise/streches I've been wanting to do for about 2 months...Quote:
