Nice link on the rules. Also, thanks for providing the icons link in the first place. I'm using them myself now too.

I am also using the icons in my applications. It is nice to have a very complete set all with a similar feel.
VB Code:
Public Class Form1 Private darkPen As New Pen(SystemColors.ControlDark) Private lightPen As New Pen(SystemColors.ControlLight) Private Sub Form1_Paint(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.PaintEventArgs) Handles Me.Paint e.Graphics.DrawLine(Me.darkPen, 200, 200, 400, 200) e.Graphics.DrawLine(Me.lightPen, 200, 201, 400, 201) End Sub End Class
So added.http://www.vbforums.com/images/ieimages/2006/02/1.gifQuote:

There it is!!!
(me usually when searching for a link in JM's sig :) )
Do I cut it down and leave good stuff out or leave it in and make it harder to find things? Oh, the dilemma! ;) I've stripped it down and made it as short as possible without leaving out stuff that I think is important. I just removed the first two lines as noone takes notice of red, bolded, underlined text anyway. :)Quote:

hehe I wasnt being critical... you didnt have to take anything out silly...
some splash screens you made, please...thx in advance...
another one... wich do you like more ?
That one is much better. :thumb:
changing some color...comments please...
and another
I don't like the brown one. The teal one looks good, but the last one (blue) might match the theme of your program better. Then again, the theme of your program depends on if the person has XP styles on or not.
I like the grey one best.
thx for your replys...
If U want really good icons then check Noia icons @ www.carlitus.net
Zuperman, I hate to burst your bubble but isn't the name MyMoney already copyrighted and trademarked?
I checked the patent office and i didn't get any results. www.uspto.gov
Sorry Zuperman and EM, looks like if your the government you dont need to register it?
http://www.mymoney.gov/mymoneyorder.shtml
Ps, I like the green one as it relates to "money" :D
thx for the links zuperman :)
<SHAMELESS SELF-ADVERTISEMENT>You can also convert any graphic you find (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIFF) into an icon (with transparency) using the free EZIconConverter program in my sig :D </SHAMELESS SELF-ADVERTISEMENT>
i also searched www.uspto.gov and no results...if you search google you found a lot of results but how can i know if that is a registered trademark...by the way, the name its not that important...and im open for new sugestions...Quote:

Feel free to donate a copy of Visual Studio 2005 Pro if you wish to have a 2.0 version :) I still prefer 2003 instead of 2005, because of the lil buggies running around in it (2005)... Also don't wan't to have to update two different versions of the same prog. Once I make the permanent switch I might do it, but don't have any desire to right now...Quote:
