I would, but I don't know how to add a tween effect in ImageReady to an animated image. :(

Its really hard to add an animation to an image that is already animated. I got to be pretty good at it last July though. I'll see what I can do w/ yours tonight.Quote:

mendhak, I used PaintShop Pro's animation program (AnimationShop Pro). It's not too bad because AnimationShop has a tool that lets you export to the frames to PaintShop, but leave them linked. Once you break the link the images are automatically brought back.
I only need to do that when I am adding a static image (a santa hat) to an image. When I am combining 2 animations it is even easier. I just copy paste the 8 snow frames into their animation. The only time thats a problem is when the speed of the original animation isn't even close to the speed of the snow animation or when the speed of the original animation has variable speeds. The other problem is if there aren't the same number of frames in the original and the snow, but that isn't hard to solve either.

Sorry mendhak, I had to use my snow on FishGuy's avatar because yours was 20 frames long or something and I couldn't even compress it enough when it was monochrome.
