It looks for it because it found you used it. Software has no way of telling if Microsoft has decided to let you deploy it or not.
And how would a script know a file is already deployed on a machine you haven't deployed it to yet? No, it's not AI.
so if i give it the path where excel.exe and graph.exe are present, that would take care of the red error message,correct?

Yes, if they are not in your systems folder. Otherwise UnSafe mode will find them. But you really should read the documentation on the effects of that option.
