If you could pop my previous account name on this account, add in the 2400 odd posts l'm missing, also add the ones from account jritchie (my first one), and jump down turn around and pick a bail of cotton ... l would be a happy vbf member...

Just thought I'd put this in here as well, as I would like it resolved please.
This is strange and frustrating.
On the main forums page, the list of currently active users shows Stevie (me).
If I go into any forum the users browsing this forum list does not show me. (before anybody says it, I have the option set to show my username in the list)
I still can't log in as Stevie, although it says I successfully logged in, then shows me another screen saying I couldn't log in.
All my posts, post count, settings remain the same.
What has happened.
I'm getting very stressed!! :mad:
I had a post count of approximately 500. If it could be restored it would be greatly appreciated - thanks.
Guys, just report your Username and Posts, if you gunna ***** about something, then, another thread please.

For some reason, the search is still a bit... ummmm.... buggy...
It won't find my username, which is in every post as text and not as a sig, but finds other stuff...

This was recently posted right before I lost my account (Registered April 99, ~275 posts) I would of found an older one but search seems to be broken at the moment.

I didn't read through all these replies, but I thought I needed to chip in a bit as well :p, and give some "good" feedback for a change. :)
I registered on 11 / 14 / 2000, and gone wild posting left and right, I was addictive. :p. But then I stopped posting, due to some reasons I can't all explain right here now.
For more than I year I haven't logged into these forums, until recently. Before I logged in, I thought my account was going to be suspended or removed, so I went directly to the register page. To my amazement, I got a reply sort of like "This account is already in use. Please choose a different nickname."
Fortunately I was able to remember my password after a few tries of unsuccessful logins.
Thank you John for keeping those old unused accounts for so long, and not removing them! :) :) :)
And now... flames can be directed to dev@null.
