Depends on the audience though. They are great for n00bs who want tech support and won't be doing much upgrading.
They do the job, and for most people that's all that matters

Did I mention the gigabytes of crap you get pre-installed? for that reason I don't recommend them...there are other prebuilts out there that have pretty much a clean Windows install without being plauged by AOL and Quick Update Restore crap stuf :DQuote:

most of them I've seen are so fcuked with OEM stuff it's beyond recognition. If I ever got a Dell laptop I'd just nuke the damn HDD and install a clean copy of Windows.
