Religion has always been a touch subject. I think we should all respect others belief and not impact it on one another. Religion and race and all that bull crap is what makes intellectual people can't think straight. They are the causes of most fight and wars.

Though obviously we have something in common now. We both can't read.

Maybe you are right about the scream and the brain being able to process the reflected sonar waves being rather dependant on each other, but you are barking up the wrong tree with the ears.

For starters, not all bats have big ears. It isn't neccessary for them to have big ears to process the sonar waves, though obviously it would help.

The main advantage of big ears was being able to turn them in a direction of noise. Obviously it is harder to turn a small stiff set of ears, than a big set or ears. Obviously this is an advantage for the bat, as it makes it easier to tell from which direction a predator may be approaching.

So maybe i can't read, and maybe you are trying to read to much in to so little. Though obviously it is hard to make a point when the other person takes what they believe as gospel. Maybe we all should keep a more open minded approach to other peoples ideas.

Ok Gen-X! I'm not going against your argument i'ts a very common argument against god. But here's what it think about your, "PERFECT" world, because god have created univers3 not to be PERFECT, just something that should be build up to PERFECT some day... If this world would be PERFECT from the first beginning, what's the big idéa about it then? No ascending is too boring. He is creative, our God. About our purpose, noone knows. That's his secret.

HarryW: Im not gonna spread any theories in scientific journals, they are all in my sci-fi story. If people don't believe in god, they could just have this argument about there is nothing "Random", Time is one-way and parallell universes are crap. Easy thinking, or lack of stupidity. Evoultion, is yes still not stated as false or true, it's to complicated but I have made my point about it.

I'm not sure but maybe these bat-ears developed in million of ways, like these other traits, some of the bats even could have both or maybe all three mutations at the same time. As there were billions of bats and million generations of bats, why not? I know I'm inconsequent here, but just helping you.
