CS majors don't know diddly about programming, data, or
presentation. They are too busy telling me how much faster it
runs in C++, how much more elegant it would be in Java,..... I
wouldn't hire one on a bet.....and yes, Matilda, I DO the hiring for
analysis at my company.
They'e the same type of school kids who try and act all alternative. They come out with **** like. I used to like so and so a band b4 they sold out, became famous, only had 2 fans etc etc.

I assume you mean just most CS graduates? I find it hard to imagine that you'd say everyone that goes to university is useless. That would be a little... unreasonable.

To answer the original question. No it is not true. As MS has said there is no differnce beyond syntax between C# and VB .NET. They only suggest C# over VB.NET if you want to use the .NET source which is written in C#.

I agree with you, I don't have nothing against MS; most of their programs are better but as a big company, there are always some glitches or products with an inferior quality...
speaking of C, has anyone ever used A, or B? because they did exist.
I don't know if they ever made it out of the labs.
