This is where it becomes a problem. You can't use a car from a dealership that you think is going to remain unused for as long as you want, and justify it by saying you're trying it out. Trying it out is fine, but only if the vendor wants you to try it out.

The law in a democratic society was elected by the people who live there. If everyone were granted the privilage to violate the law because it conflicts with their values, then the judiciary wouldn't work and the result would be anarchy.
