I think I've realised what's going on with my connection. I tired to connect to the normal Proxy and I either got 403 or 404 errors, so it looks like they're updating it as I got 403 errors for a lot of the sites I check out (i.e. definitely not work related sites).

I just hope they keep this Proxy going, so that I can bypass the normal one, everyone's getting diverted to this one ATM so that's why it's sooo slow :(
