he's on his last year of uni, so he's house sharing with a couple of his student friends. The last time I went up there was for new years eve for 2k. I got really pished that evening and only survived untill about 12.30 before I passed out. went out with all his friends on friday night and it was "Oh yeah I remember you Ian, your the lightwight southerner who passed out" all evening :D

in my defense though, I started at 6pm, was onto southern comfort by 8 (my favorite and only spirit I drink), lost the tumbler I was drinking it out of and proceded to spend the rest of the evening going around, drinking it out of teh bottle :D. woke up new years day and there was less than a quarter of a bottle left :o

It might just have been that I was incredibly pished or/and that the barman miss understood what I was asking, but the time I was in antwerp, I asked what the strongest larger is that this bar had and I came back with a glass of something that looked like guiness but the barman insisted it wasn't :)
I think I know what it is but it isn't that black (or that strong :p)

you do have to take into consideration that my eyes and mind were incredibly hazy that evening and it cold have been illuminous yellow water and I would have been none the wiser :D
