At the beginning, we had our work divided (at our first meeting), so those of you complaining about nothing to do, look at the transcript of the first meeting.
Secondly, no offense, of course, I really think either Filburt, Andreas or I should be the leader. j2k, you do not seem to be dedicated to this project. At the meetings, you did not participate. Instead, you were watching soccer. When we had our second meeting, again, you couldn't attend.:mad:

I think than you think than I am a nobody who is a newby to VisualBasic...I have to said than I am not the best programmer ( that for sure). But an other thing who just tell me why you shouldnt be the leader is than when you are the leader you have to thing to all little detail. Exemple : Daok is not the best so I will give him that , that and that .Most of easy stuff to do is at beginning and more and more we go foward more I cant do nothing because I dont uderstand a lots in Server thing. But you never thought to taht because since you been work on that project your just think to your little person.

And what have you done? Nothing. If you had read the transcript, you would've figured out what we needed. Plus, even before, we told you to write server-side scripts for the IM, like what Andreas is currently doing.
...and the reason that I want someone else in charge around here is because j2k has done absolutely NOTHING for this project. The only thing he did was to take a transcript of the first meeting, even though he was busy watching TV.

The server is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the project. Without it, the IM client is useless.

DaoK, what I NEED for the Server scripts IS someone who can help me with the web frontend and this is done in HTML.
BTW: The server side scripts ARE NOT the Server for the IM
and if you look on the page I set up you will see things like a login or a page where you can register as a user. All these sites are (of course) written in HTML which is partly embedded in Perl scripts.
So if you want to help just tell me and I'm sure we'll make a real cool site out of the ...well... not so good looking... site I use to test the server side scripts.
The server side scripts manage the authentification of the members and will be used by the IM.

Who the hell do you think you are? Yes, I was watching football during the first meeting, it was the England vs Germany match for God's sake! Nearly all Britons were watching it! And if I can't make the 2nd meeting, I think I have an excuse; I'm not prepared to start a meeting when it's 11pm at night!
