wouldn't it be odd if john represented the number of posts with an int. This thread is nearing 32768 posts (the value of an integer) i wonder is vbulliten will crash?
it was an unsigned int I think (65535) which is why the number of views stopped counting for a while (they are now well above that)

An unsigned int goes up to 4 thousand million and a bit.
