I do believe it was hijacked. But it was a funny picture, so I'm good with it.

C is fast, rational, sublime, almost as good as C++.

PHP is a random bunch of vagueness and half-types. It can't even decide on a good name for itself. It is slow and it bites. However it is still, somehow, superior to Basic.
