Actually, we like shoot-em up and horror movies because it makes the ladies scared and we get to cop a feel in the theater atleast or get our pipes cleaned once we get home at best. Shhhhh....don't tell the women-folk.

I must admit, I'm growing tired of bashing all these foreigners. The Aussies are just too big of a target and too easy to poke fun at, and I really just can't put my heart into making fun of the Brits, partially because all that comes to mind is a bunch of jokes about bad teeth and partially because any country that can produce a Winston Churchill at just the right time gets a pass in my book.
How about we turn this whole thing on it's head and see if we can try to post nothing but the things you like about other cultures. I know it's far, far easier to get a laugh at someone else's expense, but maybe we should take the high road and celebrate the differences and the great achievements of other cultures.
Then again, we could just start bashing the Canadians.
Two off the top of my head - the Solar Sailor, and a light-bulb whichcosts about 30c, but lasts longer than most people, and uses crap all energy, of course some stupid greedy seppos are trying to buy the research cause they'd rather have money than preserve the planet...:rolleyes:

Aussie-land made a great discovery. Fosters = beer. OK, not exactly rocket science or anything but it's a great start. OK, ok....Fosters also tastes like **** and only a down-on-his-luck wino would drink it but it does show potential.Quote:
