Ain't that good. Do you want this COM/.Net/Flash programming IDE to be here long term?

That's good because I, for one, don't ever want to go back to VB6 and code. It's backwards for me.

Ah, so essentially it's a scripting engine? Can I get an animated movie with Brangelina and the Bollywood biggies thrown in it get done in about two days? I can see lots of cost savings there...
ThEiMp, you know what, this is the first time I am (seriously) able to understand exactly what you are trying to do. I must say you have put up bravely against all the criticism. That alone should prove you aren't human.

Well if there is a chance to work the Binary Compulsion Regulator into it, then I might have a personal interest in the project ;)

So you are going to turn your version of Windows 98 Visual Studio into a Flash program?
I really wish you were trolling right now. You have got to be crazy, why are you wasting so much time in your life? You say you are 32, don't you have a real job? Like one that actually gives you profit? If not, and you happen to be a millionaire. I will give you one opportunity, I am offering my services of being a Life Advisor to you, simple monthly payments of $10,000. Let me know, I feel I could seriously help you spend money a lot more wisely.

Don't listen to him - he's a convicted felon and does not even know how to properly decompress alternate serialization hyperbus packets.

But the real question is, can he/she/it/what/who make a good cup of coffee with the program being creating?

If he is digesting 53KW/hour, he can probably make one heckuva cup of coffee.
I guess we know where he is keeping the family joules, too.

You do have the tendency to mis-spell the important words.

Heliopolis? I think that was a weapon in the Age of Empires.
That reminds me, I need to see if I can buy it off Steam or someplace else. It's an addicting game.

Buy it? Why can't you just recreate it using the Single Language MSDN made for Microsoft?

Apologies for getting back on track, but it seems to me that one very important point regarding Visual Suite has yet to be discussed.
Does it utilize the Metro UI? If not, I don't think Microsoft is going to be willing to consider adopting it.
If it does utilize Metro, however, I'm going to have to give it some serious consideration. Developing touch screen applications in Visual Basic 6 via a Flash IDE is just the sort of thing I've always wanted to do.

I am going to tell you this now, only once, his program does not actually write and compile code.

Frankly, if it is not written for Metro, MS will certainly reject it, but if it IS written for Metro...everybody else will reject it.

What really is Metro for Windows???

Re: [RESOLVED] !! About the new type of Single Language MSDN that I am making for Mic
I think that you meant the BUS, then. If that makes the computer of round in circle, all day long???
-
Re: [RESOLVED] !! About the new type of Single Language MSDN that I am making for Mic
Oh, looks like I missed nine whole pages of this!
Anyway, Flash? Good choice, but for extra cross-OS compatibility, I think you should call it from a Java applet running in the browser. The Flash plugin by itself is notoriously unreliable on Chrome 19 for Ubuntu Linux, but if you implement the Flash VM in Java too, that will fix it. It's not an easy task, though, so careful!
Oh, and for performance reasons, I would still implement the compiler in VB6. Make sure to compile it to p-code (there's a Java interpreter for that) and not a Windows binary (there isn't a Java interpreter for that).

Yes.
-
Re: [RESOLVED] !! About the new type of Single Language MSDN that I am making for Mic
the bus isn't nearly as efficient as the metro whose throughput is a few times that of the bus. Plus it's safe from crashes.

Yeah, well, there won't be any icebergs en route the Metro. At least not over here. I would still prefer the Metro over the bus (though I love my car!)

I was just commenting on Post: #697, which didn't have any relevance to the Thread. As there are many others in this Thread that don't make any sense. As to what some of them were mine, as well as others...

Re: [RESOLVED] !! About the new type of Single Language MSDN that I am making for Mic
If you're using a Metro interface you don't have to worry about an Iceberg crash. You only need to consider them if you're at C.
You know, this would be much easier if you'd just lettuce help you.

Please explain why you ruined the only time you've used the English semi-correctly by adding ", and then of???"
What was the point of adding that last bit? Explain yourself.

Re: [RESOLVED] !! About the new type of Single Language MSDN that I am making for Mic
I'm still working the propeties of the project's document properties. For example: They are the usage of DirectX, Winsock or even the Requirements of the Application that you are building with my programming language. However I am still seeing that there is a great need to have the project settings to be worked into the design of Visual Basic, for example how to build a DirectX type of app. But then there is a problem with the compatiablity to have the design of something like a .NET type of framework, that is able to be pulled into COM and thus be a # framework as well...
Question: Do you think that it will be a good idea to have the COM type of framework to be able to make calls to the .NET framework, in which I am looking into be able to do???
Please Note: That, I am able to find out by other programmers, in the city I live in. They say that it is totally possible to have the .NET or also the # framework being called into the COM type of framework, as well at the very sametime be able to make calls to other processes, of COM or the like...
