That Sarcastic Fish is awesome. I keep tropical fish and tend to favour the uglier ones. If he wasn't so aggressive I'd definitely give him a home.

That appears to be a white birch to the left of the shack, which would put it somewhere in the northeast. I can't quite place the tree in the right foreground, though. At the bottom, it looks kind of like a gray birch, but not so much higher up. If I was playing Geoguessr, I'd place it in NH or VT.
