I'm not too bad, have a back ache, but it's better than usual :) They've given me some new painkillers, and put me on evening primrose, which seems to be working quite well :) I've been feeling a lot better recently. :) I'm looking forward to my holiday, I've been incredibly busy this week trying to get everything done before I go.
