It's called the page's URL. :) Unless I misunderstood you; if I did, let's continue this in Forum Feedback.
Oh, stupid me, we ARE in Forum Feedback. :D It's at the top of the page ("VB Q and A > General > Forum Feedback > Thread name").

Say you were reading a very lengthy post. You are scrolling along and you have finally finished reading this person's question. You dont know the answer, or its already been solved so you want to go back to the forum page that this thread was under. Since you are at the bottom of the page, instead of scrolling al the way up to the top to click General VB Questions, or Chit Chat, or whatever forum you are in, I think there should be a link on the bottom as well.
Wouldn't the browser's Back button work just fine?
I don't like Back hyperlinks because they actually take you forward...if you see what I mean ;)
