I want to be able to rate users as well as threads!
It's already been discussed but nothing came out of it. Besides, considering your name, I bet most users would be rated poorly. The problem with thread ratings is that many people don't honestly rate them. They either post one star or five. And usually that is just to skew the current dishonest vote.
