C++?

My OS is windows 2000 Professional(SP2) ,I always see a message "The bcw.exe is error, windows will close this program...". Someone can tell me ,please!

I forgot, does that have an IDE? If so, are you using Windowblinds, Litestep, NextStart, etc.? I had problems using WindowBlinds with BC++4.5.
