ISAPI Filter

Ok,

After about two week of looking for a filter it is pretty evident that I am going to try and make it myself.

However I am going to need a good starting place. Does anyone know of a good place to start? This filter needs to be able to attatch a header html file to any and all webpages requested from our IIS 5 server.

I am also using Visual C++ 6.0 and have read the articals on the MSDN CD' but still don't really know how to do what I am trying to do.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
