"Add Icon to Menu" goes wrong in win2k

hello.

have you experienced the same problem as follows:
when you use api to add icon to the menu,you run it smoothly under win9x,but when you switch to win2000,it goes wrong,you move your cursor around a menuitem,it doesn't respond!!!

and i have the right routine to add icon to menu under win2k
