not sure if they got VB on linux perfected yet. they have different API calls. Gnome has a VB IDE but it is different than then the one you use in windows.Quote:

scan disk probably didn't wipe your computer a virus did :D
scandisk wipes your hd? another undocumented feature I suppose.... :rolleyes:
I remember trashing my partition table and scandisk recovered 1.2GB of lost clusters...

Although I told it not to do anything until I used a program to save the FAT onto a floppy. Can't remember what it was called, but it restored filenames/folders for 90% of the drive (based on file sizes).
