wasn't the melting clocks, a painting by Salvaor Dali ??
perhaps that is why the clocks are screwed ??
Perhaps.
Yep, it was something to do with Dali - time slows gradually down until it eventually stops.
that would explain the forums dying yesterday, time slowing down until it stopped.
hmmm...
Have you heard of time zones?
who you talking to?
Yes, I've heard of them, and they're set up perfectly. They always worked before, but now the clock is WAAAAY off.
Bah, it's only off by 4.5 hours. :D
I see what you mean. I decided to doublecheck my time option here, but it says Eastern time. So its really off.

It must be Johns way of getting more hours in a day to work.
Just think of it, if everywhere we worked, their clocks worked off of the one here, but at home it was normal time.
Lets see, Get up at 6, get to work at 8, work 8 hrs, see at 4:00
its actually 11:00, work 5 more hours, go home, see that its 9:00,
go to bed, and recycle.

Work that punchclock, John! :D
Oh. I always use PSP or Photoshop, saving as PNG where possible :)Quote:

Yeah, this is crazy! I had to set my time offset to GMT -2 to see the right times when it should be -6...
on the Vbulletin site, it explains that the site went down because of Mysql and that this has effected the time and it will be sorted out in the next couple of days :)
reciprocal links are always nice ;)
our thread is better
Uh, can't he just set the system time on the server? :confused:Quote:

Thats the problem with his Time Server.
Every time he approaches it, he finds himself where he was 5 hours earlier!:D
And he was no where near it 5 hours earlier, or else it would have moved him back even 5 more hours, over and over again, until he WAS no where near it.
heh, that'd be fun!
