That would be the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.

Alternatively, if you want it to run as a service, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunService

Services start even before a user logs on, so watch out.

Here's a modules to write/read from the registry. Just call GetStringValue or SetStringValue.
