Windows Version
I haven't kept up to date with the .Net ordeal...but if i remember correctly...it requires Win2k or better to run, correct? If so...would you guys recomed me upgrading OS's just run .NET. I am really happy with Win95 and VB6 and would not upgrade unless it was totally worth it. And i would only do it for my pal VB =)
Thanx guys,
D!m

I would recommend not upgrading your OS just to run .Net, because that's just MS's way to make a quick buck...

I've tested it on win98 & winNT4, so you don't need 2K !
The "or better" bit ain't much use as I can't install it properly on winxp :D
Have a try, as long as you have enough RAM, it should be okay on 95 ;)

Sorry to say but you cannot create .NET applications on a Windows 95 machine. You can however create them on Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT4, Windows 2000. Even though you can't create .NET applications in Windows 95, you can run them if you've installed the .NET framework... :)
