I’m currently developing an HR Management Software system and would really appreciate insights from experienced developers and professionals.
The system currently includes:
• Employee information management
• Attendance tracking
• Payroll module
• Leave/request handling
I’m looking for feedback on the following:
What additional features are essential in modern HR software?
Suggestions for improving scalability and performance
Best practices for structuring such a system
Any common pitfalls to avoid while building HR systems
