Not sure if this is outside the scope, but I would find it helpful. I periodically run into older devices with issues. While Net search helps sometimes, sometimes Not. With all the expertise we have, IMHO would be a good addition.

I saw that you already found the GENERAL PC forum. That rather all inclusive section has been working a long time....
I ASSUMED that would be the response. But never hurts to suggest.
