How do you print a " symbol?

If I were to display a message box for example and I typed

Code:

Msgbox "Hello there this is a quote symbol ""

---

I'd get an error. What do you type to display the quote symbol?

P.S. I don't want to put an invisible label on my form and put " as the caption

MsgBox "Hello. my name is ""cinder829"" and I like vb."

chr(34) & "this is a quote" & chr(34)
