When I log in it will ask consent. Previously I just hit the reject all button but now I have to disable every active option.
Will this be done every time I clear the browser cookies? It's annoying at best.
Thanks.

I don't understand your post. But I'll take a guess.
The password for user accounts here are stored in a Cookie on your machine. If that cookie is deleted, you will have to log in if you want to post.
It's not the log in that is the issue, it's that it will ask every time when I clear the cookie to consent. I have to go down a list of cookie options and un-tick everything .
I still don't understand... Maybe someone else can chime in...
BUT, look in your browser settings to see if you can mark VBF as SAFE and or find a way to NOT delete the VBF cookie.
I've never seen this, either. Is it a very recent development? I signed in from a system without cookies a couple months back and it was nothing like what you are describing. I entered user name and password...and that was it. No further questions, no checkboxes, nothing like that. I suppose I'm not a valid sample, either, though I don't see why a moderator would be exempt from questions like that.
Unless...did we forget to remove the, "Annoy Sapator" setting?
Ditto. User Name and Password is all that the SITE requires.
Sounds like a brain-dead attempt at GDPR compliance - detect euro-trash >> bow to euro-masters >> don't save ???????? >> piss-off euro-trash.
Or maybe you are browsing in private mode, and switch to regular mode to comment? If so, then cookies won't be saved and you will see the GDPR annoyance regardless of which option you choose.
It is something on His Side for sure....
That had me baffled as I do not see the same behavior at home. I will have to see at the office.
OK so at the office the same thing.
I'm uploading an image.
I tried browsing from Chrome no private mode no nothing, with cleared cookies , can't do that from Firefox right now as I need the cookies for a site testing.
Maybe it's Euro regulations as suggested but I don't know. To be fair I'm not 100% sure I cleared the cookies at home so I guess I must do this again when I get home.

Ah, also I forgot to mention that I do get the simple consent message before I even log in that I always click on reject all. After that I log in and I get this message.
I can't read most of the message in the screenshot.... BUT it Did NOT come from here. It's probably coming from your Anti Virus/Malware software..
What does the very first line say? (The One Word.)
First word "Welcome"
Second line "This site asks for consent to use your data ", It's the same for YouTube I should think or something similar, I click on manager options I get a list with 20-30 clickaroos that I have to disable the ones active.
Well, I've never seen anything like it. If it's an EU thing, then there should be plenty of other people who have seen it.
I'm at home washing my tigh... I mean I'm at home deleting my Chrome history and will try to see what will happen...
Nop. At home at least in Chrome it works fine.
So, I don't know, maybe something at the company, maybe because it's a static IP that give a constant Euro mark. I don't know and since no other compained just Ignore this.
Have the same as sapator here in my office. Will have to check at home.
NotaBene: Haven't had that on my iPad
Here is the list I need to reject when I clear the browser data:
