You'll be lucky to find so much as an email address if you look on their site.
I guess they don't encourage feedback. Not surprising really.
I think I got through to them once...via Support Services :rolleyes:

They've very keen to let you complain so long as you pay them for the privelege mind you.
Their mail server will crash :rolleyes: ;)
