In one workbook when I add a shape the default fill color is dark blue, but in another workbook it's light blue. Why is that and what can I do about it?

In one workbook when I add a shape the default fill color is dark blue, but in another workbook it's light blue. Why is that and what can I do about it?
Excel remembers the default shape fill color for each workbook.
