Look on FreeWebSpace.Net (power search) and here is a search on there for asp hosts.

They have pretty good hosting.
If you're looking for a host that lets you run ASP scripts and other "advanced" features, try http://www.clanhappy.com/
They also have a banner free option for only a buck a month. (the last time I checked)
try also http://www.brinkster.com I have already tried it and its great!
P.S. Brinkster has a bandwidth limit (I don't remeber it, I just remember I reached it fast).
I personally like DigitalRice but I don't think they're accepting new users at the moment.
