Convert 16bit DLL to 32bit DLL

Hi,

I have to convert 16bit DLL to 32bit DLL, is there any body kind enough to rebuild the 16bit DLL to 32bit DLL,
I would be oblized for your kindness and sparing your valuable time. I will send the VC++ source code. and header files.
The source code contains comments in Japanese language which may be showed as junk charactors on english m/c.

I want to use this DLL on win98 m/c and in VB6.0

Does it have anything in it that is obviously 16-bit only? Lots of things you can do with the 16-bit subsystem of Windows are unavailable in 32-bit code.
