[TutorialVS19] How to open visual studio 2019 form with error never loads

this is a very simple tutorial first create your project after this error go to project menu add new form add MDIParent and then click on it it will be loaded then after that click on your form1.vb [Design] if not open then click on your form1. vb [code] and then in Design then it will open at least it worked for me in this version of visual studio 2019 [16.9.5] and also solved the following error:

I don't ever remember having that particular issue. Also this looks more like a tip rather than a tutorial. Isn't there a thread to post these things in? If not, there should be. It would be better than separate posts all over the forum.
