Node.JS, where can I install it?

I've mostly used cPanel for PHP/Apache, can I use the same when I want to install/deploy a Node.JS app? This has stumped me, I don't know if I can just readily deploy a Node.JS app like when I am deploying a website with jquery/javascripts.

Thanks to anyone who can enlighten me.

I've only use node.js a year or so before just for testing and that was on Visual Studio but as I've read it can be done on cpanel and of course PHP.
