Moved application to archive because it was corrected, you can overlap delay in gif animation so program was not useful.
uisng imagemagick you can set delay between frames of animation and with html you can rotate flip the image. There are much better applications here that deal with frame for frame animation using graphics libraries
If mod wants to replace it, you dont need my permission, please do so, but after review the app was laughable.
