Win95 startmenu style for menustrip | Possible?

Stylish and custom graphical based interfaces increase userfriendly parameter of your project as you can tell. This question is more like How to add a bar beside the submenu items? instead of Old school windows start menu style for menustrip. Few modern programs contain such thing as may already know.

What I tried so far is using a ContextMenuStrip (To call it wherever you please) and picturebox to contain desirable photo bar. It looks acceptable for now. I will post a screenshot if someone is interested.
