Telemarketers

Here are some good ones I use:

Oh here is the key to the following; never let them continue their pitch.

Find religion with them. That’s my personal favorite. Anyone that read the religion thread knows that I think religion is evil, but it is fun as hell to use it with him or her. Ask them to pray with you, etc.

Act like it’s a phone sex #. Ask them what they are wearing, are they sexy. No matter what they say make it dirty:
Them: "Sir, what are you talking about?"
Me: "Oh you know what I am talking about baby. I bet your one hot little *****. OH YEAH!!! (*Grunt, Grunt - Wet Slapping Sound*)"
After a few minutes start breathing heavy, then start grunting knocking stuff around......then wait a few seconds and hang up. They never call back after that.

Tell them you were about to kill yourself, but now that they called you found a new lease on life. Then try to talk to them about everything but what they are selling. Keep referring to them as your new friend. Ask them for their address and phone number.

Another good one, but I am afraid to do it because of the effect it might have on him or her. But go buy one of those air horns and use it on the phone, and then just hang up.

Here is something that is less offense and works really, really, really well. Tell them to stop in the middle of their pitch. Then ask them their name, their supervisors name, the manager/owners name, their business’s name, the telephone number of their business, and their ID number. Now must of them get afraid after their name and ask you why. You can just tell them it’s so you can complain to their superiors about them bothering you. If they say they can’t provide any of that info, tell them it’s against federal law for them to not provide that information. If you get all that info, then tell them to remove your name from their lists. But most of them hang up before you get to far into this.
