Dynamic Menu (IE Favorites)

I would like to populate a menu with the contents of the IE favorites folder. I would like it to look similar to how a users favorites menu is structured. It wouldn't have to look exactly like a users IE favorites menu, I could get by without the icons.

I think part of the answer is creating a dynamic menu with API. Then populating it with the contents of the users IE favorites folder.

Can someone get me started in the right direction on this.
If anyones bored, feels like a challenge, or would like to drop their 2¢ in........feel free to do so.
