Try:
Right buton on the toolbar
Select Customize
Click Reset

What a simple way. I german there is a saying: I can't see the forest because there are so many trees. ;)
Tatsächlich, in der deutschen sprache, that would be "Ich kann den Wald nicht sehen, weil es so viele Bäume gibt.", NO?
In AMERICA, we generally say "[he/she] can't see the forest for the trees."
