[help] How rise the size of A form and keep the same aspectt?[easy]

hello I am a novice in programming, I finished a program but I have a window that is not big enough I would like that when I click on the enlargement icon my window gets bigger (which is normal) but
that the combobox, picturebox and other element are automatically distributed (because this is not the case) in a homogeneous way!
to summarize what modifications should I make in the property or other
